A commencement

Ever since I was little, I never thought I would graduate high school. Sure, I was smart enough and could make friends easily. I just never thought I would graduate high school. Maybe an accident would happen or I would die, who knows? I wasn't a morbid child, I just never thought it would happen to me.

I became dangerously close to not graduating due to my apathy toward financial literacy. I was taking it online and it was so easy. To make matters worse, my computer is too smart for me to figure it out, so I would start the assignment only to never finish. The computer was difficult and the assignment was too easy. Many thanks to the friends that saved me (JOSH BROWN), I was able to complete the course.

On the 30th of May in the early afternoon, I did what I thought would never happen.

I graduated.
Days later I changed my major from Journalism to Nursing.
I'm ready.
