I've noticed a theme in my life. When I really want something--and I mean really want something--if I keep trying to get it, it just won't happen. It's a fifty-fifty chance. Some things can be obtained if you work and fight for them, like grades and money. Other things, try as you might, won't happen if you are always reaching out for it.
Hopefully, you stop trying and let go.
Trust me. I am someone who doesn't let go and is always fighting, thinking a great work ethic will get me everything I want. I have been blissfully diagnosed with "Senioritis," translating roughly to "lack of cares due to many years of schooling with college and freedom just around the corner." I have stopped caring and have let my hair flow free in the wind.
Since this recent development I have become stress free. I am also able to work on the Miss Pleasant Grove Pageant with ease and no tears.
Oh, and few more things.
Fighting for someone to love you?
Doesn't work
Fighting to get someone to kiss you?
Only if they're thirsty.
Basically what I'm trying to say, after two years. After my first stage kiss. . .
